What this Wordle calculator measures
A Wordle calculator is useful when you want a clear view of your results instead of judging one lucky solve. Enter the number of games completed in each guess count and the number of games you did not solve. The tool totals your games, separates wins from losses, calculates your win rate, and shows how your guesses are distributed from one through six.
The average guesses figure is a weighted average of wins only: each win is multiplied by the number of guesses it took, then the total is divided by the number of wins. For example, a three-guess solve counts three times in the numerator. Losses still affect win rate, but they do not become a fake seven-guess score. That keeps the calculation easy to inspect and compare across sessions.
This page is an independent statistics calculator for Wordle-style games. It does not fetch an official daily answer, read a private account, or claim that one average is a universal score. Use the result to spot trends: a lower average usually means faster solves, while a wider distribution can show that difficult boards or late guesses are affecting your routine.

Use the same four steps after a play session or when reviewing your saved statistics.Count each win
Look at your history and count how many games ended in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 guesses. Keep each number in its own field.
Add unsolved games
Put games without a correct answer in Unsolved games. If every game was solved, leave that field at zero.
Calculate the summary
Select Calculate score. The tool adds the counts, calculates the weighted average for wins, and includes losses in the win-rate denominator.
Read the distribution
Compare the bars rather than chasing a single number. A large three-guess bar and a small six-guess bar tell a different story from the same average alone.

What this calculator does not measure
There is no single official scoring standard shared by every Wordle-style game. Some games show a streak, some show a guess distribution, and some use a custom score. This calculator labels its main metric Average guesses so the formula is clear. The Performance tier is a simple reading aid, not a competitive ranking or an official grade.
The tool expects aggregate counts that you enter yourself. It does not sync with Wordless statistics, the New York Times, a browser account, or another game. If your history mixes five-letter Wordle with longer Wordless boards, consider calculating each format separately so the averages remain comparable.
Use whole numbers only. If the result looks wrong, check that a game appears in exactly one guess-count field, that an unsolved game is recorded under losses, and that you have not pasted a total number of guesses instead of a number of games. The inputs stay in the page while you use it and are not uploaded by this calculator.
